30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your nails. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Change of mind

• Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of gel polish pens that have been opened or used.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• To start a return, email us at support.gellyb@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be processed.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work properly, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, or your claim is approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.
