Shipping Rates
- US orders of $50 or more: FREE standard shipping.
- US orders under $50: $4.99 flat rate.
- International orders: shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery Time
- US orders: usually 6–10 business days after processing.
- International orders: varies by destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to carrier delays, holidays or high order volumes.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us. If a package is lost in transit, we'll send you a free replacement.
